Terms

Last updated 23 October 2026. Questions: kepthouse@proton.me

These are the terms for Għaddi, the test trainers and guides on this site, made by Kepthouse in Malta. The short version: practise for free, pay once if you want everything, and the official body always has the last word.

What Għaddi is

Independent practice tools and guides. Not affiliated with Identità, ITS, Transport Malta, the Police, the BCA, the Skills Pass Portal or the Government of Malta. We cannot book your exam for you, and passing a mock test here does not promise a pass in the real one.

We check the facts (fees, dates, pass marks) against the official sources and show the date we checked them. Rules change: confirm with the official body before you pay for or book anything. Nothing here is legal or immigration advice.

Free and Pro

Every trainer is free to start. Pro opens everything in one trainer for a one-off payment: no subscription, no renewal. The price is on that trainer's Pro page and includes VAT.

Pro is for you. Your key opens it on up to 3 of your own phones or browsers. Please do not post or share it: a key that turns up in public may be switched off.

Pro stays open for as long as the trainer is online. Its lessons and questions change as the official tests change.

Paying

Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells Pro to you as the merchant of record and sends your receipt. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Money back

If Pro does not help you, email kepthouse@proton.me with your Stripe receipt within 14 days of paying and you get your money back, no questions. You can also ask Link support, Stripe's help desk for these payments. After a refund the key may be switched off.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.

Using the content

The lessons, questions and guides are ours. Use them to learn. Please do not copy them in bulk, sell them or scrape the site.

If something goes wrong

We work to keep Għaddi online and correct, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of mistakes. If you spot one, tell us and we fix it. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to the price you paid.

Law and changes

Maltese law applies, and the courts of Malta. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it; a purchase keeps the terms it was made under.
