Help every worker pass the first time
Workers you bring from outside the EU must pass the Pre-departure Course before their first Single Permit, and hotel and restaurant staff need the Skills Pass as well. A worker who fails waits, and so does the job. A Għaddi code gives each worker the full trainer on their phone, in simple English, with every answer explained.

Recruitment and temping agencies
Since 1 June 2024 agencies need a DIER licence before they file single permit applications. Your workers sit the Pre-departure Course, and for hotels and restaurants the Skills Pass too.
Employers who sponsor workers
Hotels, restaurants, cleaning, care and construction firms bringing workers from abroad, who want them ready on day one.
Fleet operators and site managers
Cab drivers need the Y-Tag course, kitchen staff the Food Handling licence, site workers the BCA health and safety test. There is a trainer for each.
How it works
Tell us the test and how many workers
Email kepthouse@proton.me. You can split one pack across different tests.
Pay once, get the codes
We send a Stripe payment link for the pack. Stripe is the seller, sends the receipt and handles VAT. You get one code per worker by email, with a short note to forward.
Each worker types their code
On their phone: open the trainer, tap Go Pro, type the code. Everything opens for 12 months on up to 3 of their phones or browsers.

Which tests are covered?
All ten trainers: the Pre-departure Course, the Skills Pass, the Maltese MQF Level 2 test, the culture and language course exam for permit renewals, I Belong, Food Handling, the BCA Skill Card test, the Y-Tag, the Nautical Licence and the Private Guard Licence. Most agencies use the Pre-departure Course and the Skills Pass.
How does a worker use a code?
They open the trainer for their test on ghaddi.com, tap Go Pro and type the code under "Have a key or an agency code?". No account, no app to install, no payment on their side.
What if a worker loses a code or changes phone?
Each code already works on up to 3 of the worker's phones or browsers. If they need more, email us the code and we sort it out.
Do you guarantee a pass?
No, and nobody honest can. The trainers follow the published course areas and test format, explain every answer, and let workers take mock tests as often as they like.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, for codes nobody has used yet, within 14 days of payment.
Do we get an invoice with VAT?
Stripe sells the pack and sends the receipt with VAT handled. Add your company VAT number at checkout and it appears on the receipt.
